My name is Gilad Huber, founder of HUBER CAPITAL, and I guide investors in real estate across the United Arab Emirates - out of a belief that a successful investment is built on knowledge, trust, transparency, and long-term thinking.

The path here

My path into business was not an easy one. For years I ran an events hall, but when the war broke out the events stopped, the business fell into crisis, and I ultimately reached bankruptcy. Rather than let the crisis define me, I chose to learn from it, to rise again, and to rebuild myself and my career from the ground up. Today I see that period as one of the most important lessons I have been given in my life.

What shaped the way I work

I served as a combat soldier in the Combat Engineering Corps - a service that shaped in me values of responsibility, discipline, perseverance, and the ability to make decisions under pressure. I also studied marketing and psychology - tools that let me understand people deeply, identify opportunities, and guide clients through one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. I am a father of seven, and family is the force that drives me to keep growing, leading, and giving my clients the highest level of service.
